Public browsing
The Bucks Plumbers website is a static directory. It does not require an account to browse and does not connect public page views directly to the directory database.
The site uses Bootstrap Bots-operated analytics and Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand public directory use. This can include page views, listing impressions, directory searches, service or area filters, claim starts, and clicks or taps on listing phone, text, email, and website actions. Directory search text that looks like a phone number or email address is redacted before it is sent.
Analytics are used to maintain the directory, understand which pages are helping visitors, and create aggregate lead-signal reporting. They are not sold as advertising data.
Published business information
The site publishes reviewed business facts such as business name, public business phone, official website, services, and stated service areas. It does not publish private business email addresses, personal contact names, or residential addresses for service-area businesses.
Claims and corrections
Claim and correction requests are processed through Bootstrap Bots, LLC systems, not through the static directory page. Those systems retain the information needed to authenticate a request, preserve consent evidence, prevent abuse, and review proposed changes.
