Claim by . The claim assistant will ask for the business name, its town, and your role. The shared directory database identifies the correct county and listing. Email can be confirmed on the secure form.
An automatic secure link is sent only when the caller ID matches the reviewed business number already stored on the listing. Mismatches go to manual review and do not receive a link automatically.
What a free claim can update
- Public business phone and official website
- Services and service areas
- Regular and emergency hours
- A business-provided description of up to 160 characters
- Correction or removal request details
Review and consent
Claiming a listing does not automatically publish a change. It also does not enroll the business in marketing, lead alerts, or paid services. Optional communication choices are separate and start unchecked.
Claim links expire after 60 minutes and can be used once. A new link invalidates an older unused link for the same listing.
